Veuve Clicquot Brut NV (Yellow Label) is the flagship non-vintage Champagne of the prestigious House of Veuve Clicquot, established in 1772 in Reims, France. Known for its iconic yellow label, it is a rich, robust, and consistently balanced Champagne.
Winemaking:
Veuve Clicquot Brut NV is made using the traditional méthode champenoise. It is a complex blend of 50–55% Pinot Noir (for structure), 28–33% Chardonnay (for elegance), and 15–20% Pinot Meunier (for fruitiness). Crucially, it incorporates 25–45% of priceless reserve wines aged up to 10-15 years to maintain the house's distinct and consistent style.
