In order to brew high-quality sake, the Shigomi water used for brewing is "Manyo Kuro no water", one of Wakayama Prefecture's famous waters, making the wine as clear as spring water. An elegant Daiginjo that places less emphasis on aroma and more on body and flavor. The slender, soft and refreshing aroma is infused with the unique sweet rice aroma of Yamada Nishiki. The smoothness of the perfectly balanced mild sourness brings out a long finish.
