The initial taste is a distinct peaty smokiness, quickly followed by rich flavours of buttery toffee, grilled pineapple, and citrus preserves, accentuated by white pepper spice.Finish: Long and warming. The smoke, malt sweetness, and oak spice linger beautifully, showcasing great complexity.
